Our Mission

The Tech Diplomacy Academy was founded by the Krach Institute for Tech Diplomacy at Purdue University to equip leaders with the knowledge and tools necessary to secure freedom in the new technology age.

As technology rapidly transforms our world, it brings both exciting opportunities and serious challenges. If we don’t manage these advancements responsibly, they could invade our privacy, limit our freedoms, and reduce access to opportunities. To protect our future, we must all work to promote innovation that builds trust, drives progress, and ensures that technology benefits everyone.

The Tech Diplomacy Academy was created to quickly and scalably educate all citizens about the opportunities and risks of emerging technologies, with 1-hour, online, on-demand courses that equip us all with strategies to minimize risks and inspire others to ensure technology advances freedom.

The Krach Institute for Tech Diplomacy works to advance the innovation and adoption of trusted technologies by educating business leaders, policy makers and citizen leaders; advancing initiatives like the creation of the Global Trusted Tech Standard; and by bringing together like-minded countries, companies and civil society in the Global Trusted Tech Network.
